Meal Prep & Exercise Classes
MEAL PREP CLASS OVERVIEW: In our small-group meal prep classes, I will review the basics of meal prepping as we prepare a meal together. We will discuss volume versus weight, learn about macros and why they are important, and practice portioning a meal together. If time allows we will talk about how to continue adding to a meal prep to reach our overall nutrition goals.This will be different for everyone so I will answer questions and guide each of you in the best direction possible.
EXERCISE CLASS OVERVIEW: An introductory class for beginners, Weight Training for Weight Loss is all about how to get started lifting weights, building muscle, and burning fat! This class will help you become familiar with basic training terminology, the names of different muscles, exercises, and how to perform a simple routine at home or in the gym with a set of dumbbells and a sturdy chair.
COST: $25 per participant
TIME: The session will last approximately two hours.
